The Chhattisgarh State Power Holding Company Limited (CSPHCL) has announced direct recruitment of Line Attendant in Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Limited (CSPDCL) for the district blocks Jagdalpur (Bastar), Ambikapur (Surguja) and Raipur, Bilaspur (Raigarh), Durg. The last date to submit an online application for recruitment was 20 September 2021. There will be no written examination for the candidates who have applied for the above-said job openings. In August 2021 the Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Limited (CSPDCL) gave a great chance to the candidates who were seeking government jobs. It released direct recruitment for the position of Line Attendant. The CSPDCL Line Attendant Result / Merit List 2021 will be published after checking all online applications of the candidates. The expected salary of the selected candidates will be 14800 to 33000. But the candidates will be appointed on a probation period of three years. For this period the company will not pay full salary it will pay in the following manner:

• For the First year – 70% of the Grade Pay Salary
• For the Second year – 80% of the Grade Pay Salary
• For the Third year – 90% of the Grade Pay Salary

CSPDCL Line Attendant Selection List Preparation Process

As we already the CSPDCL will not conduct any written examination for the Line Attendant or Parichaarak (Line) recruitment. The online application was open for the candidates who have passed 10th from a recognized board of education. However, for the CSPDCL Line Attendant Merit / Selection List calculation, only marks of the 10th standard will be counted. The recruitment of the candidates will be based on their educational qualifications and the work experience they hold. It will be calculated on the following rules:

• 70% of the percentage  (up to two digits of the decimal) candidate scored in the 10th standard.
• Work Experience
  • 01 to 03 years – 20 marks
  • More than 03 years – 30 marks
• The candidates who have scored well in the above steps will be called for the further steps of document verification and a physical endurance test
• 03 times of total vacancies the candidate will be called for the document verification and physical test.
• Those candidates who pass the document verification test will further proceed to the Physical Test
• Physical Test
  • Climbing a pole of 13 meters without a ladder in 20 minutes
  • Walking a half kilometer with 25kg weight

Contact & Security Deposit: All candidates who have made finally to the CSPDCL Line Attendant Selection List will have to deposit a security amount of 50000 rupees which will be reversed after the completion of the probation period. The probation period of the recruitment will be 04 years. If any candidate resigns in the probation period then he will not be able to claim his security deposit.
