Odisha ASO Selection Process 2022
The candidates will be selected on the basis of a two-phased selection process organized by the board. The board will call candidates for a written exam in the first phase then it will invite all qualified candidates for a skill test.
Written Exam
The written examination will be conducted for all those candidates who have been declared eligible for the recruitment. This will be a test of Multiple choice type questions and candidates will have to mark their answers on the OMR sheets.
There will be 03 papers in the written examination. Each paper will be 100 marks and also they will have 100 questions in each of them. The candidates will get One hour and 30 minutes for each first two papers and 02 hours for the third paper.
Note – The candidates will get a dedication of .25 marks for each wrong answer.

Skill Test
As per the official vacancy notification, the Skill test will be qualifying in nature. The candidates have to score at 40% marks to pass this test. The examination will be conducted for those candidates who will pass the written examination. The candidates will get one hour to solve this examination.
